About 2 fairies …

Tradition says once there were two fairies and when their father died he left them his two castles. To his beautiful daughter he left Chlemoutsi and to his ugly daughter he left Santomeri. The beautiful daughter had no children while the ugly daughter had children. The ugly daughter believed that she had given her beauty to her children and that’s why she is ugly. Once her sister asked her to give her one of her children, to which she gave her, her youngest daughter. Later she regretted her decision and went back to get her daughter, but her sister did not open. The mother went back several times but again her sister would not open despite the tears and wailing. She finally decides to return to her other children, but on the trek back she is angered and drifted to whatever path lied in front of her, to which her crying is heard all the way in the underworld.
